DocuCom PDF Driver allows you to concatenate or overlay PDF pages, and to digitally sign, password-secure, or optimize and linearize PDF documents. You also can use images, text, or any PDF page as a watermark, and the program includes fully-fledged compression, font embedding, and an e-mail function.
Version 8 includes support of both 32-bits and 64-bits operating systems; capability of Microsoft's latest Windows Vista; compatibility with PDF 1.6 and PDF/A as well as all previous PDF versions; smaller size of result files.

"straight-forward & easy & to use"
Pros: Its simplicity; the learning curve & the process itself were brief.
Thank you!
Cons: I would like a little more flexibility with the watermark; I had to play around to get a watermark of "Confidential " to appear in its entireity. (i.e not truncated). I was also una ble to successfully apply an .external image as a watermark.;
