"The best MIDI Convert ever use!"
Pros: Fastest, easy-to-use, many useful features - tempo, key, level, batch mode and incredible soundfont on board!

"Does an excellent job at converting"
Pros: Does an excellent job at converting MIDI to MP3. The resulting sound is perfect. It does much better than the other ones I tried including iTunes.
Cons: It is a bit pricey. If it converted other types of files to MP3 also, then it would be just right.
