Pros
With the ability to peruse previous files and directories in the open and save dialogues this application punches well above it's weight.
Cons
Been using this application for a few builds (years) now and haven't had any crashes or clashes with it.
Summary
Why Microsoft haven't come up with this themselves beggars belief - for such a subtle addition it really makes for some great usability.
