Diablo II MPQ Tool is an in-progress tool originally intended to facilitate the modding for Diablo II. It enables you to extract/insert files from the Blizzard games (Diablo II, Starcraft, Warcraft III) to create mods for these games. Since the 1.0a8 version, a Diablo II Saved Game editor is provided, enabling you to change the stats and skills (and more) of a Single Player saved game, for both 1.09 and 1.10 version of Diablo II.
That application is versioned "alpha", since many features are planned to be added...
Note that an unsupported Classic version can be downloaded from the Product page!
What's new in this version:
- Added "Insert...", "Extract...", "Insert from 'data' Folder..." and "Extract to 'data' Folder..." menu items under the "File" menu
- "Select All" now works on MPQ archive window and on TBL Editor window
- Fixed Search for Cain quest bug, where if the quest was completed and you edited you character after that, you were able to get another ring from Akara by speaking with her...
- MPQ handling has been totaly rewritten and should be much more reliable now
