From SmartLine :DeviceLock lets network administrators specify which users can access which devices (ports, floppies, optical disks, and so on) on a local Windows NT/2000/XP or Windows Server 2003 computer. Once DeviceLock is installed, administrators can assign permissions to CD-ROM, DVD, USB, FireWire, infrared, LPT, and COM ports or to any other device, just as they would to a hard drive.
