DeskTop Health Records is a downloadable application that runs on your PC with no connection to the Internet. Provides total privacy of data. Keep track of doctor's visits, their comments, your comments, specialist info, drugs info,phone numbers. All data is stored on your computer in xml files and nothing is stored online and nothing travels over the Internet.
Using DeskTop Health Records, you can: Record information of doctor's visits, followup comments, and your comments about the doctor's effectiveness; Attach files (x-rays, bills) to your visit records; E-mail your history (with 1 click) to a doctor before your visit to make the appt more productive; Record drugs prescribed by doctor; Describe symptoms, keep date's of onset, treatment information; Keep records of phone numbers, referrals to specialists and their contact info. Version 1 has updated description on the listing, added another image in the listing, and zip file hasn't changed.
