From Dell :

This file contains self-extracting diskette images of the STB Virge 1.24E drivers and utilities for Windows 95, Windows NT (3.51 and 4.0), DOS, and AutoCAD. After downloading and extracting, make the diskette by placing a formatted diskette in drive A:. Go to a DOS prompt, change to the directory containing the extracted file, type in disk1 a:, then press Enter. Use similar steps for disk2.
