"A complete snap shot of cheapest prices including ebay."

Pros: Easy to use and always avaialable. It works well with CNET when shopping for the cheapest prices available.

Pros: I continue to download "upgrades" etc, but have yet to see the icon on my task bar!

Cons: Don't like not having access to this product
