"Great Product, it was a lifesaver and neat functionality"
Pros: Wide phone support coverage. It covered my phone and my wifes phone. My phone is a new Samsung and hers is a 3 year old LG

Pros: Hallelujah, why haven't I known about this sooner? I can manage/transfer/sync all of my cell data with my computer?? My Outlook Contacts and Calendar are now in sync with my cell.....instructions were intuitive, plus the number of handsets supported is THE BEST!

Pros: I use this proudct to back up my 300 phone numbers from my Sony Ericsson 637, both personal numbers and work numbers from Outlook. Luckily I haven't lost my phones. But my friends have and they wish they had their numbers backed-up. Also, I use it to upload ringtones MIDI files I found on the internet and download the pictures I have taken from my phone. The program is easy to use and works with mutiple phone manufactures.
