Has all the features you'd want in a chat program.
Cons
Uses SMB-Protocol to communicate. Unfortunately, it uses IPC$ shares and network administrators don't like that.
Summary
If SMB Protocol is ok for chat, this freeware program can't be beat. Otherwise, look elsewhere for chat within a network that doesn't alert network administrators.
