It dramatically decreases development time by handling persistence of your classes transparently--DataObjects.NET PetShop sample (Microsoft's .NET Pet Shop clone) contains 3 times less business and data tier code then its original exposing much more features including access control and editing support. DataObjects.NET handles all types of relationships, has extremely powerful access control system, automatic transaction management, automatically updates the database schema, supports queries (including full-text queries), multilingual properties, browse past mode (an ability to see the database at any previous point in time), .NET Remoting. Note: this version of DataObjects.NET supports Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 only.
