Features: you can drag and drop MPEG files directly; you can import image file for background; you can create NTSC/PAL menus; you can place text and images anywhere on the menu screen you can change font/color; you can put basic text buttons, change font/color and background color; you can copy and paste any menu object; you can set chapters for each movie; you can change post command for each movie. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

"Seems like it would be good, if I could get it to burn..."
Pros: It's free

It seems like it would work nicely (but read below)
Cons: I get this error every time I try to burn it/ make an iso:
**ERROR: [???] Too many frame drops -exiting

Pros: Lots of customization with menus, buttons, and still images.
Cons: Doesn't support AVI files.
Summary: Looks like a decent program, but since it doesn't support AVI files I'm looking at other applications for my DVD burning needs.
