From Microsoft :Run the DNS Cache Tool (Dnstools.exe) an ISA Server computer to display the contents of the Domain Name System (DNS) cache and to delete entries in the DNS cache. The DNS Cache Tool (Dnstools.exe) is a command-line tool that can be run on a computer with Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004 Standard Edition or ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition installed.
The DNS Cache Tool can display the contents of the Domain Name System (DNS) cache and can delete entries in the DNS cache. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
