Pros: quick and easy to use. you can put any part of the song you want as you ringtone
Cons: there is nothing negative i have to say about it
Summary: you pay one fee and have unlimited use. i just love it. my whole family uses it.

If your phone isn't listed you can add the specifications to get the ringtones and wallpaper to your phone.Cons: The ring tones for the new Xenon are sent in MP4 instead of MP3 even when specified.

"Great program. Great price. Great customer support!"
Pros: Can make as many ringtones as you want for your whole family. Can make wallpapers. Can send created ringtones directly to your phone or you can save them to your hard drive. EXTREMELY easy to use.
Cons: Absolutely none.
Summary: I've only needed customer support a couple times over the last two years or so that I've had the program. In each instance, they were very quick to reply. No robots. You talk to a real person.

"Easy to use and the staff couldn't be more helpful"
Pros: its fast and very easy to use. If you encounter a problem there staff will be more than willing to go above and beyond to help you
Cons: you still have to pay for the bit rate charger to send to your phone....not really there fault though
