For hands-free music playback, DJ Jukebox does the trick. It generates and plays lists of songs, tracking your frequent choices and playing favorites more often. It also can retrieve music from remote servers. To avoid playing several songs by the same artist in a row, DJ Jukebox can mix commercials in with the tracks, and you can set the frequency of these commercials.
The tabbed interface is a bit cluttered yet highly configurable; you can add buttons to control any media player that supports hot keys. DJ Jukebox is a near-professional choice for parties and even for small-scale radio stations.
Publisher's description
From Gammadyne :DJ Jukebox is a playlist generator and media file manager. Each song can be assigned a rating so that favorites are played more often, or that an unwanted song is never played. On a network, DJ Jukebox can remote control the media player on a different computer. DJ Jukebox supports all media players, all media file types, commercials, and repetition prevention.
