"Difficult to opine."

Pros
Enhancement? Not appreciable to me.
Cons
Since I have installed creative's sound Blaster audigy card, I donot find any sound ( DFS) Enhancment. So also when I play recorded songs on Div X player, for which I purchased DFX Audio Enhancer, pop up is annoying without the listener.
Summary
I am not expert to comment. I purchased it for div X player.Now I feel it is of no use.I have installed Creative's Sound Blaster Audigy Value.
Secondly,When I click DivX Player icon on my desktop DFX Audio Enhancer pop-ups & sit on the player & when I click on 'delete ' it goes away. I donot find any importance of this pop up except to show that it is working in the backgroud -

I have never experienced anything like DFX!! DFX, sounds sooo great and you can set it for headset and bam what an awesome sound you get from this program!! The best listening experience ever with DFX. I highly recommend it :)
Cons
It updates on its own and, can not be disabled unless you use a firewall overall and awesome plugin to own
