It installs easily.
Cons
I am editing HD video with Avid Media Composer on my computer and my video card works fine. But, according to the CyberLink software, my video card is not able to playback a BluRay disk. I am CREATING BD disks with my MC software but apparently, I can never play them back on this computer!!!!!
Summary
Not an accurate measure of whether a video card is adequate for various functions. Thankfully, I use products OTHER than CyberLink

Pros
Analysed 4 systems for me and identified what I needed to play blu-rays (as I bought a blu-ray drive). Fortunately one of my systems only needs an HDMI lead 8-). Can't understand why people are saying don't buy as its free??
Cons
I have bought Cyberlink 12 ultra upgrade and when I upgraded to Windows 8 I've had issues which Cyberlink haven't come back to me yet but I've managed to sort the problem. I think their software is OK but support is not so good. Hope this is helpful to someone out there!
