Do you need a RAM cleaner? Some say no: Windows 2000 and later versions already do a pretty good job managing memory. But if you're determined, CyberLat RAM Cleaner makes a decent, though unexceptional, choice. To clear out memory or kill crashed applications, you manually access the program through the system tray or by using hot keys. The software can perform automatic cleanups when RAM falls below a critical level, and it adjusts its operation based on the CPU load. It also has a basic tool for managing Windows start-up applications. Unfortunately, this feature doesn't offer advice on which applications to keep or remove, so we didn't find it very useful. Also, ironically, the program takes up more memory than we'd like. The good news is that you can try CyberLat RAM Cleaner for as long as you want; you'll just have to endure a splash screen after 30 days. As with any RAM cleaner, we'd recommend giving this one a thorough and careful test--make sure it works for you.Publisher's description
From CyberLat :If you have RAM problems, this program will help you set up your system. It frees all unused RAM, automatically frees RAM when you PC RAM limit goes below a critical point that you previously set. You can track and kill viruses and spyware, remove any crashed application, set a real-time priority to any program, get rid of all the applications that load with windows, edit and clean your startup list. Also, all programs recently used are stored in the VCache memory and you can improve your windows performance by setting up this settings (for Win95/98 only).
Version 2.1.2 adds new hot keys and features interface improvements.

Version: CyberLat RAM Cleaner 2.1.2
Pros: Its stuck while ram freeing, i would recommended to use freeRAM xp pro, free ram optimizer(both of these are freeware) or memturbo(shareware).
Cons: It stuck at the midway when click on "improve my ram now!" It's not free.

Version: CyberLat RAM Cleaner 2.1.2
Pros: Actively cleans memory.
Can choose to clean a certain percent of your RAM as opposed to cleaning it all in one shot.
Cons: Not free. Version 1 is worth at least 4/5 stars as it was free and still works. Hell I still use it.
Kind of slow in its RAM cleaning process.
A real hog when running a full-fledged cleaning process.

Version: CyberLat RAM Cleaner 2.1.2
""Golden Eye" SPYWARE/TROJAN found inside"
Cons: My antispyware found 3 instances of Golden Eye SPYWARE on my machine - all 3 instances linked to Cyberlat's Ram Cleaner. Golden Eye does a lot to invade privacy, not the least of which is log keystrokes, take screen shots & keep a log of the websites visited.
Who cares if CyberLat's prog works well or not - it's loaded with something that hurts the user WAY more than the program helps. And, personally, the prog itself did very, very little to clear RAM.
