"It is really good for novice or non-technical users"
Pros: Easy to use, good for someone who is not a computer expert, but who wants to keep thier system clean and protected. The 24/7 computer help line is good for such people. Technical users might want to use something else.
Cons: Really for non-technical users. The trial is free, but got to pay to remove malware - some people may not like this fact if they only use free software.
Summary: It is valid software. Don't know why people has said it is rogueware or a scam, it is not, just typical free trial, ads till you remove it or buy it - very standard practices today. I would reccomend it for my parents or non-technical friend who are... read more >>

"At home remote service you could trust"
Pros: I like the fact that their tech support line is open 24/7 where other chain companies close at a 9-5 basis. They have knowledgeable techs that will not only solve your issues, but will explain to you in terms that I could understand.
Cons: None that I could think of

"Some parts not installed properly.Call for Msoft report"
Pros: Everything needed to fight spyware and virus appears to be in one place.
Cons: Ambivalence! Somewhere you give impression the programme is for free but later on you turn up with a shopping basket asking for credit cards.

"By far the best online security I have ever had !"
Pros: 27/7 A LIVE PERSON to help you no matter what time or big small They are beyond WONDERFUL!!
Cons: I have my own tech person and he had fixed my computer but by mistake the services is so great another tech person came to fix my computer
