This iPad transfer program never worked with Windows Vista Home Premium.

The software worked well for awhile.
Cons
Software would work sometimes, would work partially sometimes, and would most of the time not work at all. I sent an email to Cucusoft support and got no answer. Would overwrite existing files.
Summary
The program is intuitive and easy to use. But it does not always work. I got not answer from support regarding my problems. My recommendation about this software: Do not buy it.

bought i pod to pc transfer. stopped after 2.5 gb. after 2 futile attempts to resolve I have heard nothing for 6 weeks. they do not respond to e mails so they obviously dont care as long as they have your money. companies like this should not be allowed to continue trading.

Software does not work, technical support is not effective, customer service will not refund your money even though the software does not work.
Summary
Tried installing two different Cucusoft versions, neither worked. Had two days worth of emails back and forth with Cucusoft trying to resolve the issue. Finally scrapped the whole thing and asked for a refund. They refused. Their software crashed repeatedly when trying to use it and when it does manage to not crash, it does not work as advertised. These guys are NOT delivery what they are promising and will NOT refund your money when you realize it does not work as advertised.

Will NOT function within Windows Vista. The "Vista Codecs" that Cucusoft directed me to install destroyed iTunes, back dated Quicktime, and disabled Windows uninstaller so it can not be extracted.

Absolute abomination that Cucusoft would allow this for Vista use.

I liked it when it didn't until it stopped working. Customer service is non-existent. There may have been one employee in 2007, but I think he left. I get no response. I am out my money. Avoid cucusoft at all costs.

The DVD -2- Zune worked fine. Converted the whole DVD. Loaded on zune 30 pretty fast. Gives a few other output options besides wmv.

Video to zune didn't not work. avi and mpg caused errors and program shut itself down. Slow to convert DVD to wmv. Extra slow to convert to that new mp4 .26 something or another

I foolishly forked out a massive £38 for this amateur and buggy software thinking I would get a quality product. I will have to write it off and blame myself I guess. However, the trial seemd to work fine...
I run vista and appreciate the problems software has generally on this OS, but this only converts the first 28minutes of each file only, which I didn't realise. Also VERY buggy. WARNING: STAY AWAY
