From Cucusoft:Cucusoft AVI to VCD/DVD/SVCD/MPEG Converter Lite is a powerful and simple-to-use application. It doesn't limit its video source to only AVI but works for almost all video formats (so long as the Windows Media Player can play them). Main features include conversion of AVI files to VCD/DVD/SVCD; support for DivX AVI, XviD AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4; a Split function for splitting large MPEG files into several smaller segments for CD-R burning; an NTSC/PAL settings option; input and output previewing; fill-in and proportional options for cropping output video; high audio quality; output of M2V and MPA files for DVD authoring; support for no-sound AVI files; and optimized performance for Intel Pentium III and 4 processors, as well as for AMD Athlon processors.
