Technical Support does not suck... just hard to find. You should use the online follow-up system... i usually get answers 1 or 2 days after my posts. The bad: those guys never helped me at all... all the problems i had, i fixed them myself. I also told them how to, so that they could help others ;o) Creative does not realy care about mac support, i suppose :o(

this is a good player with lots of space - like 1st generation products it has drawbacks - poor battery life and charging -ong boot up process - and horrendous technical support
