"Freezes PC if you have Zone Alarm"
Pros: Not seen any yet
Cons: Zone Alarm comes with a Crawler toolbar. But this product has a conflict with ZA. PC freezes, and you have a hard time uninstalling - especially if your mouse freezes first like mine did! It lets you install (suggests you use a different firewall)
Summary: If you have a conflict with a major product like Zone Alarm - courtesy demands that you tell me BEFORE I install, prerferably before I even download.

Pros: Easy to work with and use
Cons: It resets the time limits every time my child logs off and logs back on, and I can't seem to find a way to stop that.
Summary: After seeing all the positive reviews, I thought this might work as well as the software my ISP used to provide. Sadly, that software is no longer available, and this one doesn't seem to work like I had hoped. I'd be much more unhappy if I'd had t... read more >>

"Free with lots of options. Works perfectly"
Pros: User account settings, web filter with built in block list. Customizable in every way. Emails you activity. Can run silently.
Cons: Makes you use proxy for web browser. But hey, whatever it takes to keep my kids safe. just a little extra work configuring it.
Summary: Very good product, completely met my expectations. I tried PLG and it sucked. Crawler is the best freeware version I have found.
