Despite its limited powers, this conversion utility does what it promises. Babu Converter Plus converts TXT files to XML and vice versa, and can transform both formats to SQL. It also supports Microsoft's ubiquitous Access database files. The interface strongly resembles Windows Notepad's and is equally easy to use; just open a file, choose the Convert option, and select the output format. We would have liked to see a help file and maybe some additional features or functionality, but this freebie should save developers time formatting files.Publisher's description
From Babu Software :Converter Plus is database converter tool which is use to convert .txt (text file) to .xml file (XML database file), .txt (text file) to .sql file (SQL script file for SQL server/Oracle); .txt (text file) to .mdb file (Microsoft Access Database); .xml file (XML database file) to .sql file (SQL script file for SQL server/oracle); and .xml file (XML database file) to .mdb file (Microsoft Access Database).
