Integrating as a dockable window within the Visual Basic IDE, you have instant access to the help text associated with every control, as you are developing. Simply select a control in the Visual Basic form or control designer and type the help text, applying formatting wherever you wish (for WinHelp format, HTML Help format doesn't support formatting).
