Pros: WORKS FINE WITH XP SERVICE PACK 2 OR IT DID FOR ME FOR YEARS

Cons: COMPLETE SHUT DOWN AN RE START OF WIN WHEN RUNNING SERVICE PACK 3 UPGRADE OF WINDOWS XP
