This handy all-in-one optimizing utility offers more than advertised, and it does it quickly and with little effort.
Comodo Registry Cleaner has a well-designed interface with simple, functional buttons to lead the user in the right direction every time. While it only promises to scan and clean your Registry, there's so much more to this freeware utility. When the program opens, it automatically displays some basic system information about your computer, and it also shows a Tip of the Day without the usual pesky pop-up box. Simply hit the scan button, and wait for the results. More advanced users can select the Optimize button for more options. When the scan is complete, Comodo Registry Cleaner displays results by category to help you decide if an entry should be removed or not. As a safeguard, a reminder lets users create a restore point before removing anything. If you like, you can schedule regular scans of the Registry to keep your system at peak condition. Outside the realm of Registry cleaning, this utility also offers a start-up scan without the need to reboot. Click the program you want to remove from the start-up process, and it is gone.
Anyone who wishes to analyze their system for optimal performance should give Comodo Registry Cleaner a try. Chances are you won't be disappointed with this very effective freeware.

Version: Comodo Registry Cleaner 1.0.17.23
"Nice registry cleaner but aggressive."
Pros: This cleaner scanned my pc and found 727 registry errors. But not all 727 are invalid. It's best to click each registry key to see if it has any data if it has data uncheck those keys and do not delete them.
Also has a nice startup manager easy just right click on any startup program and click disable or enable to star a program.
Cons: Click on optimize and select sections of the registry to clean because this registry cleaner is aggressive. It is best to uncheck in-depth search and shared dlls.

"Wow! Free Comodo - Can Do !!!"
Pros: It did a Great Job of cleaning Registry issues, Just as Good ad CCleaner But it did find more with its deeper Scan. It did not Find everything but that shows me it was safe.
Cons: Yes It did give me some spyware, but No problem, for my spyware cleaner (Windows defender and super antispyware) located them and cleaned them. I was still Impressed..
Summary: Comodo is Fast free and safe.If you are wooried about spyware - that is a problem But an Updated Spyware Cleaner leaves little to be worried about. Give it a Try and if you do Not want to clean it, Restore it back to the Original registry. I tried i... read more >>

"100% Proffessional and safe."
Pros: The best cleanner I´ve tasted.Three words:Safe,deep & proffessional.Better and deeper than Abexo,CCleanner,and Advanced Windows Care Personal.
Cons: None that I could find.All changes can be restored for life.
Summary: Excellent,taste it and won´t regret.System back up & retore point.Same interface and skin than the Firewall.Awesome!!!At last one good and efficient regisrty cleanner.

Pros: Cleaned out my computer.Appears to be much better than CCleaner. Goes deeeeep to get out the sludge that's bogging down your computer.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Summary: I'm happy with COMODO's utilities. I will not part with the COMODO Firewall (free),BOClean (free) and now their Registry Cleaner (also free). I only wish that the COMODO Verification Engine worked with Firefox 3 (bummer).
