From Stratopoint Software :Cleanerzoomer is the one tool combining professional image cleaning and zooming abilities in one low-cost solution. Cleanerzoomer can professionally clean out photo (low ISO) noise, hot pixels, JPEG blocks and ringing, moiree and other similar artifacts and enlarge images keeping objects' edges sharp and natural. The additional 'Auto-balance' instrument is able to adjust colour balance, levels and gamma wholly automatically.
Version 3.11 added new effective acceleration options for all instruments (except "Resample"). Fixed several serious bugs that caused processing to work incorrectly.
