This toolbar comes with all the standard features, but with some nonworking features, it didn't bring big smiles to our faces.
Chuckles United Toolbar places an additional toolbar atop your Internet Explorer window. The toolbar's search function lets you directly search such sites as Shopping.com, eBay, and Dictionary.com. All the basics are there--weather display, pop-up blocker, e-mail notification, and history cleaner. In terms of extras, you can chat with other Chuckles United Toolbar users and listen to preset or user-specified Internet radio stations. Most of the features delivered well during testing, but the Internet radio failed to connect to any station servers. In addition, the publisher cites that support is available for Firefox users, but this wasn't the case when we put it to the test.
Despite the free price tag, its few setbacks might send users looking for a more competent program.

Pros
When I downloaded this toolbar from download.com it wouldn't work. So I placed my mouse on this toolbar,and it said a newer version is available. Next I clicked on download the lastest version,and now this toolbar work's fine.
This toolbar has a fast search engine,because I typed in a search and it found my search in 0.16 second. The radio comes with seven radio stations,but more stations can be added. Also gives weather information after I typed my city into the weather icon. And it has a pop up blocker,email notifier,messages and this toolbar can be customized through options.
Cons
I didn't like having to update this toolbar.
