Though it only works with Internet Explorer, this easy-to-use parental control program provides effective program, Web site, and administrative-policy blocking. Children Control's tabbed, password-protected interface runs in stealth mode and can be called out from hiding using hot keys. You can prevent kids from running specific programs or administrative tasks, such as those through the task manager and control panel. The program effectively blocks Web sites by URL and content, quickly terminating our Web browser when we tried to visit a forbidden site. It also captures screenshots at specified intervals, though it doesn't create log reports.
The application can't be disabled or removed without the password. The scheduler to shut down or lock the PC is easy to set up. Children Control only works with Internet Explorer, leaving other popular browsers out in the cold. Even so, parents with IE will certainly appreciate this 15-day trial's effective blocking capabilities.

From IwantSoft :Allows you to control access to PC, Internet sites, programs, and system functions. A choice #1 for parents who don't want where children play for hours in games, navigate on bad sites, launch unallowed programs, or crash an operating system. This program can be protected by your password so nobody else can use it. It's very easy to use so you will be amazed by simplicity and functionality of this program.

Version: Children Control 1.7
Pros: It is a very good piece of software, you can restrict a lot, ctrl-alt-del, stop wallpaper changes, turns of pc etc.
Cons: Took 2 seconds to by pass blocked programs. Since this is another that does the "excutable" and not the Process, all I had to do was duplicate the exe and the new name of "copy of filename.exe" double click it and im in. Wouldnt recommend if your kid is smart. You can hide Drives tho such as C etc, but this was easy to by pass also. If you rightclick anywhere, make new text file name it something like hello.wwe, the .wee is an unknown extention, click "open with" and u select ur own software, then when it shows a list, select "browse" then it loads C:/Program Files, the user can then go into say "Xfire" folder and drag xfire.exe onto desktop, then change name and it would be working.
