Track mileage, maintenance, and virtually any other automotive expense using Car Trak. Once you enter all the minute details about your car's history, the program provides a full analysis of fuel consumption, maintenance history, and major repairs for one or several vehicles. Though filling out the data forms is tedious, it makes for a more comprehensive understanding of where your money is going. We installed the optional sample information so we could check out all the features. A quick download and launch reveals a pleasant interface with tabs that separate different aspects of common automotive expenses. One of the great features of the program is the ability to create and print detailed, full-color reports of just about any aspect of your car's history. People looking for a way to track auto expenses will definitely benefit from the comprehensive and easy-to-use Car Trak.

Car Track tracks automotive vehicle mileage, maintenance, expenses, and fuel economy using U.S. or metric measures. The user-friendly interface presents a full analysis of fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other expenses in a concise "summary" fashion while keeping the full detail entries always available for examination or edits (if necessary). A line graph plotting the MPGs (or L/100km) for the last 10 fill-ups is displayed on the Fuel Log tab, and built-in reports include scheduled maintenance due, maintenance/inspection list, fuel log/expense (with summary options), service log/expense (with summary options), total expense summary (with summary options), vehicle listing, and vehicle statistics & summary. You can export data to a CSV file or reports to HTML or RTF files.

Version 3.1 features: fuel purchased (gals/liters) added to 'Description' column of custom reports, plus a minor bug fix.
