Track mileage, maintenance, and virtually any other automotive expense using Car Trak. Once you enter all the minute details about your car's history, the program provides a full analysis of fuel consumption, maintenance history, and major repairs for one or several vehicles. Though filling out the data forms is tedious, it makes for a more comprehensive understanding of where your money is going. We installed the optional sample information so we could check out all the features. A quick download and launch reveals a pleasant interface with tabs that separate different aspects of common automotive expenses. One of the great features of the program is the ability to create and print detailed, full-color reports of just about any aspect of your car's history. People looking for a way to track auto expenses will definitely benefit from the comprehensive and easy-to-use Car Trak.

This easy-to-use application tracks automotive vehicle mileage, maintenance, expenses, miles per gallon, and fuel economy. The user-friendly interface presents a full analysis of categories including Fuel, Maintenance, Repairs, and Other in a concise summary fashion while keeping the full-detail entries always available for examination or edits. An unlimited number of vehicles may be tracked, dependent only upon your available hard-drive space. You can enter as much or as little as you want to track the categories that interest you. You can easily switch among vehicles using a convenient drop-down listing. The program's Summary tab will furnish you with a snapshot of your current expenses to date, along with key-calculated and comparative fields. Scheduled maintenance and inspections can be set up for each vehicle by date, odometer, and engine hours. A line graph plotting the miles per gallon for the last 10 fill-ups is displayed on the Fuel Log tab. Reports include Scheduled Maintenance Due, Maintenance/Inspection List, Fuel Log/Expense (with several summary options), Service Log/Expense (also with several summary options), Total Expense Summary (also with several summary options), Vehicle Listing, and Vehicle Statistics and Summary.
