It does exactly what it is intended to do. It gives you the stats it claims it will. Very accurately by the way and can also post it and get a "verification from the internet loggin the stats.

Summary
I like and only use apps that save me time and effort and that really do work. I run Windows 7 and I have no patience for programs that give me a headache. They either work right the first time or they're outta here. So far this one works! Kudos to Cnet!
Seems I made a bit of a mistake with this app. I also installed TechTracker and wrote the wrong review here. This utility still does perform very well.

Once installed works like a dream, loads within a few seconds and easy to find your way around. Now I wont forget what is underneath the bonnet? Understanding some of the terminology may baffle the uninitiated, but a search on the web will help you.
Cons
Hmmm...during installation make sure you un tick the boxes at the beginning otherwise you will end up installing Ask.com toolbar components, (that's if you don't want it!) I find this stuff rubbish which just clogs up the system!!

If you don't know what your looking at it makes no sense at all.

This is designed for the guy or gal that likes to fiddle with their computers settings and to keep their system running at its peak performance levels. With information on the CPU, motherboard, BIOS version, and some on the memory it's a good way to take a quick look at your computers basic settings.

The interface is simple, and I liked being able to go, through the software, to the appropriate update sites.

So far, I can't find anything not to like.
