Pros
Is good it help me to clean up a lot of stuff i wasn't able before
Cons
Is ok, only sometimes there is some error reporting after cleaning up still showing the same files or else that suppose being already remove.
Summary
I find the software very useful, just need a little fix on "files cleaned or removed" information, other than that is good I recommend it.

Works just fine, I've been wanting a program like this and I love it on windows. Get's the job done.
Cons
It's slow to clean-up, but I'm sure Piriform would enhance its performance once it goes above beta.
