Very useful utility that will uninstall programs, delete unused / corrupt files from the registry, clean out all the junk that's stored in your computer as well as optimise what's on your system start up. Ease of use combined with frequent update makes CCleaner one of the best utilities online.

Cleans out any unwanted temp files. Should you have temp files you don't want deleted (for example, I don't delete my Firefox temp files), you can choose to not let it delete those.
Also comes with a registry cleaner, which is extremely good, although if it finds something, run it a second time (it doesnt always find everything the first time).
Comes with a feature similar to add/remove programs in Windows, and CCleaner loads alot faster than my Add/Remove programs menu.

Excellent tool with many useful features

- 1 click removes junk & obslete files (in Windows system &other applications) that may slow down pc
- Advance clening option (cache) for experts
- 1 click removes unuseful registry keys(not so efficient)

Very useful , easy to use even for beginners ( 1 click )...& freeware .
I still love WINASO & think is still a little better...but it's not freeware !
