From Common Controls Replacement Project :This is the first release from the Common Controls Replacement Project, which is working to replace the user interface controls provided by the Microsoft Windows Common Controls (comctl32.ocx) with free, smaller, faster, more complete versions. The Progress Bar control includes: a caption property to display text within the progress bar; an AutoCaption feature to update the caption automatically as the value changes (for displaying percentages, for instance); Smooth and Vertical styles available if comctl32.dll is Internet Explorer 3.0 version or above;a NewComCtl property to determine whether the comctl32.dll installed is the Internet Explorer 3.0 version; and an AutoToolTip option.
