From BSRSoft :Captures anything you see on the screen as video (with audio) and pictures. Records to AVI, SWF and WMV. Any portion of the screen can be selected for recording. WatchIt mode provides auto-capture of internet video stream and webcam recordings. You can record audio from microphone, speakers ('what you hear'), CD Audio, MIDI. Record subtitles, cut and save portions from videos, add/mix sounds and narration, join videos, change their speed, dimensions, compression, create movies from picture files, easily synchronize audio with video. With the Movie Lab (AVI editor), you can create presentations, tutorials, and software demos. Textboxes, callouts, images, pictures, videos, mirrors, slow downs, speed-ups, various transitions and effects can be added to videos. Has a separate version for Windows Vista.

Pros: Easy to use, has more features, nice interface, unique features. I liked Handy Cam and subtitles functions.
Cons: There were some missing features such as SWF recording in the previous versions but now with the new version 4, it records to SWF and also WMV. Perfect.
