If you've gotten good at ignoring your own plain-text notes made from the native memo pad on your smartphone, you might want to take a look at BugMe. This productivity app lets you get as flamboyant or manicured as you'd like with multi-colored handwriting or type, the ability to import a photo, and an in-app recorder to send yourself voice notes. A companion app lets you annotate screen shots the same way. Like any good task app, you can bug yourself by setting the note to chirp in alarm, or dig deeper by sounding multiple alarms for the same note.
