"Does not work for me.........."
Pros: Nothing to like..
Cons: When I click "Download Now", I am taken to a page that thanks me for downloading the file; however, the file does not download. When I click the link for Alternate Download Links, I am taken to a different page, but it has no download links...

"Try the HL-1260 driver for Win2000"
Summary: Installed using the HL-1260 driver for Win2000, because it was what I had available (part of the standard Windows drivers). I haven't had any problems, so maybe it's more stable than the 1240 driver.

Summary: Printer driver doesn't work on Windows 2000. What a joke. Otherwise a wonderful printer.

Summary: The 1240 driver will not work with my windows 2000. I am upset and frustrated. Why can't the they make one that works properly.
