Pros
Very clean design and navigation. Simple to use. Easy to find shows near you, get info, and buy tickets. Their discounts are really good, especially for Broadway. It works for theater all around the country, which is nice when traveling.
Cons
It's hard to buy tickets from Ticketmaster (surprise, surprise). Other ticketing systems work okay, but Ticketmaster is a pain. The app is very streamlined and simple right now. It gets me what I need, but I hope they add a few more features.
Summary
If you want to know what's playing near you, the GPS function is a snap. Unless it's a Ticketmaster show, it's really easy to buy tickets from the app, which is great. You can get all the pertinent info you need, and if they have a discount, that's easy to use, too (unless it's a Ticketmaster show). The discounts can really save a ton of money, so this app is worth getting for those discounts alone. This is a very fast way to get all your theater info and save money on tickets, and you can't argue with the price: FREE. I'm sold!
