Version: BootIt Next Generation 1.75b
Pros: It can work from a floppy without install.
It can resize up and down, figures out to move data by itself.
Answers found on the support web-site.
Can make images directly to CD or DVD.
Free utilities available, that enhances the functionality further.
Gives enough help inside the program.
Understands my RAID set without extra drivers.
Cons: The interface is a little geeky - but you almost cannot do anything wrong.
Did not work with Linux and my RAID set. This may because Linux does not support Intel RAID chip-sets.
The API to access its Extended Master Boot Record partion tables and its table of MBR configurations is not public.

"Awesome alternative to partition magic!!"
Pros: Free 100% functional 30 day trial, quick download & it works!
Cons: Requires that you have either a floppy or cd burner to make a bootable disc, uer interface slightly non-intuitive (had to use Tab key & Alt + * shortcuts) Still a very solid partition utility!

"Easiest Partition software to use. Rock solid!"
Pros: For anyone who wants to run more than one operating system on their computer this is the software, it is extremely easy to use.
Also it easily resizes partitions, I have had no trouble resizing partitions with it.
You can do more with it but the two above mentioned items is all I am using it for at the present time.
I will reply to the cons of the other reviews. It does have an uninstall utility. The review that mentioned about having to have either a floppy or cd burner- I do not know how that can be a con; I find that a strange comment. The third con mentioned I think was about usb mouse, I could not find anything in the manual about that.
Also I like the fact that they have made tutorials that they have at their site.
Cons: The manual is easy to understand for me. Since the software is so easy to use I would try to make the manual even easier to understand than it is so as to reach more potential users of their product.
The tutorials are well done. I also think it would be good if they had some tutorial movies at their site.

"brilliant! best pc boot image utility EVER EVER :)"
Pros: boot multiple OSes easily; multiple partion table arrangements; excellent drive image and restore function; inexpensive, with free upgrades wow!
Cons: interface is a bit clunky but gets the job done; new OS installations shut it down but it is easily restored.
