Find the hidden bommos (mines) by flagging them and not blowing yourself up. If all non-bommo spots are found, you win the game. You're up against the clock and have many obstacles in your way, plus if you click on a bommo when not flagging it, boom! There are multiple different board sizes, three different difficulties, and about a dozen different tile sets (front and back) to choose from for more than 100 possible combinations. Keep your five top scores for every possible combination of difficulty and size.

Summary
It did miscalculate squares for me on my first game. My upper right corner came out like this. (Bs are bombs; _s are blank. The "1" in the top row should have been a 2; the 2 below it should have been a 3; the 3 below that should have been a 4.)

Summary
You can waste a lot of time playing every variation of this mine sweeper game. I read the reviews that claim the game is buggy and I think those are from people who couldn't beat the harder levels. This game has never miscalculated the numbers on the board, and I have played it a lot. Great game! A+

Summary
This game is a pretty good rip off of Minesweeper. I've never had problems with the counting of bombs like exitfish does. Seems great on my OS 9 machine and my OS X machine. I've played this game for hours on end, it's a great time waster. Best part is it's free!

the real problem is that the game does not always accurately compute the number of mines in adjacent squares. this of course ruins the point. other problems such as design and scorekeeping are minor next to this.
