From Blockstar :Blockstar is a Web site building and hosting service that lets you create blogs, photo galleries, and Web sites without having to know HTML. Download our Web site builder, then create an account at the developer's Web site. Build your site on your computer, and then publish it to Blockstar. Blockstar offers both free and paid Web hosting solutions. Version 2.8 expands publishing support for image and media file types.
Note:The Blockstar Website Builder software only works with the developer's free hosting service, and that you must create an account at Blockstar.com to use the service. Free Hosting plan offers you 25MB of storage and 500MB of monthly bandwidth. Superstar Hosting plan provides domain name hosting, ad free Web sites, 100MB of storage, 3GB of monthly bandwidth.
