  "Fast and efficient"

  Pros: I have been using blaze media pro for a week now with no problems at all.Its fast at burning.I like the way and how quickly it converts audio files.It has an ID tag function,Video functions,including burning dvd's, actualy it does just about everything except rip cd's/dvd's.

  Cons: No ripping function!

  "Customer Service is Terrible!!!"

  Pros: None today!!!

  Cons: I purchased a new pc and wanted to transfer my Blaze Media Pro to it. But NO!!

  These jerks wanted an additional $25 for me to use their product on the new pc!!!

  I'm not alone in getting a new pc every 2/3 years. But for some reason these guys will be expecting another $25 payoff each time I get a new computer!!!

  Tooo many other products on the market which will do exactly what the Blaze will do and not cost me extra money every few years!!!

  "I use this software everyday!"

  Pros: The ability to edit both video and audio files. This is very reliable software.

  Cons: Product support is poor. When you ask for a new license when transfering the software to a new p.c. it never goes smooth and Mystic Media try to push an upgrade (for a price of course).

  "useless' Useless' USELESS!!!!"

  Pros: Ther's nothing i like 'bout this stupid rip-off software.

  Cons: mystik..are they for real??..useless encoding, useless decoding, dosen't edit audio and videos well. When Converting audio or video, the quality is just crap..It'z a rip off. Save your money. Don't be fooled by their outstanding all in one package. It'z bogus. I regret it and u will be too.

  "Make me Bill Gates!"

  Pros: If you guys have extra money then instead of wasting on this MYSTICAL MEDIA guys, gimme 50 $ each. No support, Doesn't work if PC crashes and Windows SP SP2 is installed. These guys don't know a thing since they send their orders from Arizona to India or Timabktu or Nigeria for making their mystikal products LOL!

  Cons: Cons! They are such a rip off that I am sitting in the hope that you guys would be charitable enough to make me Bill Gates instead of buying their MYSTIKAL STUFF LOL!
