"Excellent program, good tech support"
Pros: I have the latest version, had some questions, got prompt answers, and it's doing iTunes radio just fine for me. Not sure what the complaints are about. This is a terrific program.

Cons: Can't get any help with this. Do I have to buy separate software to convert to mp3?

"New version of Power Record doesn't work with itunes radio"
Cons: Blaze's latest version of power record isn't working with itunes radio and for some reason they've stopped answering any support questions. Big problems here, blaze audio!
