"Backs up fine, won't sync organizer"

Pros
If all you need is the ability to backup your Blackberry in case it is lost or stolen, this will work fine for you
Cons
Although it will do a backup, be forewarned that it will NOT back up your Autotext if you had an older version of the OS).
Also, it will not sync with Outlook at all, which is pretty frustrating since I use my Outlook contacts and calendars at my desk, and now I have to enter everything twice. -

Although it updates frequently, there is no solution for the locking up problem.
Summary
One would expect that there would be quick solutions to software glitches from RIM since it has become such an important tool in the business world. It is frustrating, I do not like it, I don't recommend it !
