  "the best for experts but..."

  Pros: recent expert's tests shows BITDEFENDER is best database & best updated antivirus software . Very strong engine , scans deep (even if not too fast) & can find most of viruses existin' . Innovative features in this last version , in particular a strange monitor unresitngly watchin' internet activity ; despite this assiduous monitorizin' , it won't block your surfin' but only virus intrusions . Not heaviest in his category (considering NORTON* , PANDA**** , MCAFEE**** & ZONEALARM* ) but also not so light : it'll need some of your RAM to monitorize all & much more to scan ! Anyway overall impression is great serenity , knowin' that it's always protectin' you !

  Cons: 2 aspects needs close examination :

  1 Experts say it has most complete & updated database . I wonder if u can trust websites that one day praise BITDEFENDER showin' its logo & pop-up sayin' "BUY ME...ONLY 40 $..." & other day praise another software always showin' its advertisin' .

  2 I think that perfect antivirus does not exist for one simple reason : everyone has particular requirement . So filesharin' lovers cannot choose PANDA for example , but that's right for office pc...& so on .

  Anyway BITDEFENDER's surely one of best antivirus software...but , in my opinion , equally NOT THE BEST .

  "The Best Anti-Virus"

  Pros: Best Anti-Virus....i heard someone claiming it misses to disinfect, but what they call moving is actually putting in quarentine...now ask these ppl how many times NOD and McAfee have left active viruses on their pcs?

  i used to use NOD and its the biggest piece of crap of all the pay, some viruses ripped right thru nod and i ended up using mcafee and to my surprise found 50 active viruses. mcafee has also failed to quarentine some but bitdefender has never failed to either remove or quarentine a thing even detects what others dont and updates more often so its the most up-to-date. dont believe its the best? check out sites like pcworld.com new ratings as well as toptenreviews.com

  Cons: dont like the firewall and replaced it with zone alarm pro and still looking for a great anti-spyware program to go with it since spyware doctor since turning to 4.0 has become ****

  "An outstanding Anti-virus"

  Pros: BitDefender professional is truly the best anti-virus protection.Believe me I tried

  Avast,Avg,Mcafee and Trend micro and I found BitDefender the best.Good interface and not confusing or hiding any options.

  Always Always updating its database.Has an anti-spam and firewall protection.

  Detects almost all the virus in the wild.

  Dosesn't run too high on ram.If you have found problems in other anti-virus then try this ant-virus now.

  Cons: Expensive for 1 year, if you compare it to other anti-virus.Needs some ram and scan does take a little while.I don't recommend the firewall, use Zonealarm pro instead.

  "The best out There!"

  Pros: Very light on resources.I have been using this antivirus for a month now, and had no problems whatsoever.I got rid of annoying Norton after two years.This is the one for me.It updates daily,the scan is a bit long (2 hours) but it's thorough.So thumbs up for me.At last my pc feels like mine and not horrible "Norton Symantec"....

  Bitdefender.... get it now!

  "Wouldnt change this for anything else!!!"

  Pros: Low on resources, does not slow your pc down.Has got rid of every virus found in the 8 months I have been using it(if it catches a virus and cant remove it automatically, it is then sent straight to the BitDefender lab and removed from your pc, so you are not infected..Great firewall, spots everything to and from my pc.Updates 5 or 6 times daily.A good all in one program!
