From Jasenko Dzinleski :Binary Compression 79 is a fast and efficient binary compression using 2-byte data left (low) bit truncation to 8-bit dictionary entries. It uses proprietary compression routine and compressed data storage structure. Version 1.3.3 improoves compression speed.
