Pros
On a major project, saved me over 8 hours of side-by-side comparisons for a product release. Saved me from putting out a bad product due to an unauthorized - and broken -code change.
Cons
None that I can think of.

Pros
It shows both a directory view and a file view of differences. It is very easy to learn and use.
Cons
The color coding of differences doesn't give me a good feel for which file is newer.
