From Beneton Software :Beneton Movie GIF is a complete GIF editing tool. Either beginners or advanced users will find an utility to this simple and effective program. BMG supports over 48 file formats, such as BMP, GIF, JPG, and PNG. Use drag-and-drop to move frames quickly. Multiple frames selecting makes it easy to delete, copy, cut, paste, or move a part of your animation. Many different effects such as rotate, distortion and transition offer you many options to get the results you want in only a few clicks. Some rare but useful features are also included: you can save and load a batch of single-frame files (frame1.bmp, frame2.bmp). A built-in image editor offers an easy way to edit your frames with many tools (pencil, shapes, airbrush, alpha brush, fill, selection, text, onionskin, and others). Other features include individual frame properties, and the ability to export as AVI video. Version 1.1.2 adds support for GIF Disposal Method.

Pros: I only use gifs for transparency, so I can't really say.
Cons: It doesn't make my images transparent.

Pros: It can easily and good, creating GIF images
Import and export images and can add, copy and paste or cut or drag for moving image layers and create your gif !
Also good editing on various purposes, chiefly for transparence.
Cons: Its editor is very poor and even bad !
For example in editor, pixels are inequal !!
Although has basic needs for edit or even create pics
